In case of no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay. • Cancellation policy: 50% retention charges for cancellation done within 15 days & full retention for cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival • Online payment fee charges/ bank transaction charges will be levied on refund, for any cancellation within cancellation period eligible for refund.

• Two children up to 5 years can stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed in room, a maximum of one extra bed can be provided in room on chargeable basis. • Children up to 5 years are complimentary. Children aged 6–12 years, and those above 12 years or extra adults, will be charged as per applicable rates.

• Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and its additional charges are applicable • Guest is requested to cross the check post before 5:00pm, check-in will not be allowed after 5:00pm • It is mandatory to present, address with valid photo government identification for Indian citizen and all other nationality guest’s to be presented valid Passport and Visa at the time of Check-in. (PAN Card is not considered as valid photo identity in terms of Resort check-in) • Confirmation against 100% advance payment. • Reservation will be guaranteed only after receiving the payment/Voucher • Rates quoted are non-commissionable. • Contractual rates are inclusive of government prevailing tax and it may vary based on the govt. rules &regulations. • Contractual rates are quoted in Indian Rupee per room per night.
