Cancellation done from Booking to 30 days before Check-In date 10% of the booking amount deducted. 9. 25% Amount deducted if cancelled 15 to 30 days before arrival date. 10. 50% Amount deducted if cancelled 7 to 15 days before arrival date. 11. No refund will be processed if room cancellation will be applied within the 0 to 7 days of arrival date. 12. For Group Booking (5 rooms and above) Cancellation Terms are Different from Normal, Check at Booking Time. 13. If heavy snowfall guest may have to book a gypsy to reach the resort. In this case additional pick up/ drop vehicle charges would be applicable for same.
