The hotel check-in time is 15:00 hours and check-out time is 13:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All guaranteed early check-ins require the room to be reserved in advance. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20:00 hours unless a late arrival is specified. All non-guaranteed bookings may be released without prior intimation if payments/vouchers are not issued within the specified cut-off periods. For Indian residents, a photo ID such as a passport, driving license, voter ID, or Aadhaar card will be accepted. For guests residing outside India, a passport with a valid visa or OCI is mandatory. As per government notification, PAN cards will not be accepted. In case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accommodate you despite holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternative accommodation and transportation at our cost.
