The hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 11:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved in advance. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20:00 hours unless a late arrival is specified. We advise you to guarantee your reservation against a cash deposit, service voucher, or bank transfer at the time of booking. All non-guaranteed bookings may be released without intimation if payments/vouchers are not issued within the cut-off periods. All guests are required to provide proper identification details at the time of check-in. For Indian residents, the guest's passport, driving license, voter identification card, or Aadhaar card will be accepted. For guests residing outside India, a passport with a valid visa or OCI is mandatory. As per government notification, PAN cards will not be accepted. In case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the right to levy retention charges will be applicable. In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternative accommodation and transportation at our cost. Special terms and conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during blackout periods. The hotel reserves the right of admission.
