As per government notifications, every individual has to produce a valid government-approved photo id & address proof of identification at the time of check-in. Taxes as levied by the government are applicable. Any changes/amendments to the reservations are subject to availability only. In case of any early check-out, the resort reserves the right to charge the tariff for the full stay as originally booked. We do not allow Pets. We do not allow visitors entry to guest room. Amendment / changes of bookings is allowed until only 72 hours (7 days) prior to arrival. Request will be considered as per availability. Personal food and beverages are not allowed. Check-in time is 02:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 am. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered. It is Mandatory for all customers and their visitor guests to share their ID cards. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. Gambling, contraband goods, drugs, etc - are all strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.

Cancellation policy
If cancelled from 0 days to 7 days before the check-in date 100% of the booking amount will be charged. If cancelled from 8 days to 20 days before the check-in date 50% of the booking amount will be charged. If cancelled from 21 days to 30 days before the check-in date 10% of the booking amount will be charged. No refunds for unused nights or early check-out. No refunds for cancellation during peak season period. No refund in case the booking is cancelled due to cancellation of flights/ trains/ ferries or road blocks due to climatic changes/natural calamities/political disturbances, etc. The cancellation policy for some rates/offers and room category may differ from the standard cancellation policy of the hotel. All guaranteed reservations will be held until 18.00 hours on the day of arrival, unless specified of late arrival.
