1. Check-in at the resort begins at 2:00 PM, while check-out is at 12:00 PM according to the resort's local time. 2. Requests for early check-in or late check-out can be made to the hotel, but they are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. 3. Non-resident Indians and foreigners must present their passport and valid visa upon arrival. 4. Indian guests are required to provide a valid form of identification and proof of address at the time of check-in. 5. Children under the age of 6 who share a room with their parents can stay free of charge on a room-only basis. Guests aged 12 and older will be considered adults and will incur an extra person fee. 6. Consumption of outside food and beverages is not allowed on the hotel premises. 7. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment by themselves or their visitors. 8. The storage of prohibited items, flammable materials, or commercial goods in guest rooms is not permitted. 9. Professional photography and videography, including pre-wedding shoots, model photography, music videos, and film productions, are not allowed on the resort premises. 10. Any form of unlawful conduct is strictly prohibited. 11. Cooking or any form of ignition is not permitted in guest rooms or any area of the resort. 12. The use of alcohol and tobacco products in public areas is strictly forbidden. 13. Guests are not permitted to rearrange furniture or tamper with the electrical systems or any other installations in hotel rooms or throughout the hotel grounds without prior approval from hotel management. Should you encounter any issues during your stay, please notify the reception, and we will address the matter promptly. 14. The use of fireworks on hotel property is strictly forbidden, and this right is reserved by management in accordance with local authority regulations. Additionally, to play music in our outdoor areas or to use firecrackers on the premises, a license or permission must be obtained. Any damages incurred during an event will be the responsibility of the host. 15. The Management will not be liable for any personal items or valuables lost by guests during their event or stay. 16. Charges for telephone use, laundry services, and any additional food and beverage services beyond the package will incur extra fees, which must be settled at checkout. 17. The Hotel Management disclaims responsibility for any incidents, accidents, or injuries that may occur to guests throughout the event at the resort. 18. All guests are subject to the hotel's standard terms and conditions (House Rules).
