We will hold yourbooking on confirm basis after receiving the 50 % token advance and 100 % paymentbefore check-in of the guest at hotel.Hotel management is not responsible for guest’s personal belongings and valuables like money, jewelry or any other valuables left by the guest’s in rooms. As per the recent Government notification, guest to present proof of identity at the timeof check in. All guests (above 18 yrs) are requested to carry the required photo identity document during their travel. Without the ID proof guest will not be allowed to check in.IMPORTANT: We provide complimentary stay / dormitory to the driver’s with blanket (subjectto availability). However meals will be on chargeable basis. We provide staff food to the drivers.(Breakfast @ Rs 150 / meal & Lunch or Dinner @ Rs 250 / meal).

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of booking done more than 15 days prior to date of check-in, 50%cancellation charges and 50% amount would be refunded to the customer.Cancellation of booking done more than 7 days and less than 15 days prior to date ofcheck-in, 75% cancellation charges and 25% amount would be refunded to the customer.Cancellation of booking done within or equal to 7 days prior to check-in date or no show;100%cancellation charges and no refund would be given to the customer.
Child policy
Child below 6 years without extra bed can share accommodation with their parents at noadditional cost.Child 6-12 years will be charged @ 25% of the room cost. Child above 12 years will be treated as an extra adult.
