Cancellation Policy * Reservations of up to 4 rooms can be cancelled or modified at least 4 days before the check-in date. This policy applies only to bookings of 1 or 2 nights. * Reservations for 5 to 9 rooms can be cancelled or modified at least 15 days before the check-in date. * Group reservations of 10 rooms or more can be cancelled or modified at least 30 days before the check-in date. Failure to do so will result in 100% retention charges. * This cancellation policy applies only to 1 or 2-night bookings. Different cancellation terms apply to longer stays. * This cancellation policy is not applicable during festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), long weekends, national holidays, or peak season. * Cancellation policies for social events and long-stay bookings may vary.
