Check-in policy
Hotel Check-in time: 14:00 Hrs/ Check-out time: 11:00 Hrs. Any early check-in/ late check-out are subject to room availability or additional charges would be applicable for same. Room’s reservation confirmation only after receiving 50% advance payment of total cost, balance payment to be paid 3 day prior to check-in date. For one night booking full payment at the time of booking. Govt. photo ID with address proof must at check in time for all guests.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation done from Booking to 30 days before Check-In date 10% of the booking amount deducted. 25% Amount deducted if cancelled 15 to 30 days before arrival date. 50% Amount deducted if cancelled 7 to 15 days before arrival date. No refund will be processed if room cancellation will be applied within the 0 to 7 days of arrival date.
