Child policy
Below 5 yrs are Complimentary. Between 5 to 12yrs treated as child and will be charged as per rate/package guidelines. Children Above 12yrs are treated as adult.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made before 30days of arrival will be free of charge. Cancellation made between 30 to 15days (during period) before arrival with attract retention charges of 25% of the total booking amount will be applicable. Cancellation made by 15 to 5days (during period) before arrival will attract retention charges of 50% of the total amount will be applicable. Cancellation made within 5days before arrival will attract 100% retention charges. Peak Period (20 Dec2026 to 05 Jan 2027): No refund for cancellation of peak period bookings, irrespective of when the booking is cancelled.
