The Check-in / Check-out time at the hotel is 12:00 Noon Early check in or late check-out based only against occupancy policy of the Hotels. No offers can be combined at any time if any. The enclosed special rates are strictly not applicable for any promotion on website, ota channels & platforms. Contracted rates will be applicable only for FIT movements and not for conference/ incentives/ delegations/charters and trade missions; for which rates shall be negotiated independently. Cancellation policy
Confirmation / Payment /Cancellation Policy - - All reservations / bookings have to be made through an email for confirmation. Contracted rates are not valid during any sold-out dates, unless until reservations are validated in prior in advance with full payment advance. The hotel will hold FIT reservation on a 48 hour cancellation basis. A reservation has to be confirmed with a valid voucher or advance 48 hours before arrival failing which the booking will be released from the system without any notice. Last minute reservations will have to be guaranteed and will be held on a non- cancellable & non- refundable basis. Retention will be charged for a no show. Payments - We advise you to guarantee your reservation against advance payment (via Credit Card / Cash /Demand draft / NEFT / RTGS ) should be made before the given cut-off date for confirmation. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of above- mentioned advance/final payments as per schedule. For companies availing credit facility, payments should be made within 10 days of receiving the bills. Cancellation Policy - Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 50% Retention Charges & cancellation within 07 days of arrival 100% Retention Charges.
