Cancellation policy
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: No Retention Charges, cancellation prior to 15 days 50% and less than 15 days 100% Retention Charges. An advance payment should be made by cash/credit card/bank transfer or Demand draft before the given cut-off date for confirmation of the reservations. Full and final payment should reach us before arrival of the guest, and the payment details must be sent to us by email. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of abovementioned advance/final payments as per the cutoff date. For Companies enjoying credit facility can guarantee reservations through an official letter duly signed by the authorized person.
