Cancellation / No-Show Policy ● In case of no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay. ● Cancellation policy: 50% retention charges for cancellation done within 15 days & full retention for cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival ● Online payment fee charges/ bank transaction charges will be levied on refund, for any cancellation within cancellation period eligible for refund

Check- in / Check- out Policies ● Check-in time is 2:00 pm, and check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, and additional charges apply. ● It is mandatory to present an address with valid government-issued photo identification for Indian citizens. All other nationalities must present a valid Passport and Visa at the time of check-in. ● Confirmation against 100% advance payment. ● Reservation will be guaranteed only after receiving the payment/Voucher ● Rates quoted are non-commissionable. ● Contractual rates are inclusive of government prevailing tax and it may vary based on the govt. rules ®ulations. ● Contractual rates are quoted in Indian Rupee per room per night.
Child Policy
● Two children up to 5 years can stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed in room, a maximum of one extra bed can be provided in room on chargeable basis. ● Child aged 6-12 yrs., Child aged above 12 yrs. and extra adult on chargeable basis. ● Kids are not allowed in our Pool Villa room (Category - Grand Imperial Suite)
