Cancellation policy: •Cancellation Period: Guests must notify the reservation team of any cancellation at least 07 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. •Cancellation Fee: 1) Before 72 hours of arrival date - 20% deduction 2) Before 24 hours and within 72hours of arrival date - 50% deduction 3) Within 24 hours of arrival date -100% deduction 4) Refund amount after cancellation fees will be issued within 07working days after providing necessary Bank details. •No-Show: Failure to arrive at the resort without prior notification will result in a charge equivalent to the total reservation amount. •Early Departure: Guests who choose to depart earlier than the reserved departure date will be charged for the full reservation period. •Postponing l)Last minute postponing also not acceptable and the full amount will beheld as cancellation fee. 2)0nce a booking is postponed, no refund will beissued irrespective of the new arrival date. •Exceptions: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government mandated travel restrictions, the cancellation policy may be waived or adjusted at the discretion of the resort management.
