Bigger villa comes with 6 bedrooms, smaller villa comes with 3 bedrooms. Entire property will be reserved for one group only exclusively irrespective of if guests chose to take only one villa or both the villas together. INR 35k for upto 12 guests on Friday, Saturday & Sunday for the 3br villa only INR 30k for upto 12 guests on weekdays for the 3br villa only INR 1k extra per additional guest. Max 15 guests, night stay or floating, only allowed as a 3br option INR 5.5k extra for every additional bedroom beyond 3 bedrooms Bonfire charges: INR 1000 extra Security deposit: 10k or 25% of booking value whichever is higher
