Reservations terms & conditions: 1. Check-in / out Policies: Check-in time is 02:00 PM / Check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out will attract additional charges. 2. On Arrival Documents: It is mandatory for all Indian guests to present a valid photo ID (Aadhar card, driver’s license, voter’s ID), and all foreign nationals should submit the Passport and Visa at the time of arrival. Please carry the original document as well for verification. 3. Room Amendments / Add On: Please be informed if your total amount exceeds INR 7500 by adding an extra bed / child/ room upgrade, then 18% taxes will be applicable and the total amount will be reworked. Difference amount to be paid at the time of check-in. 4. Dynamic Rates: Rates are subject to change without prior intimation. 5. Additional Services: The guests are requested to clear all additional charges (ex. room service, spa, laundry, any other paid services, etc) at the time of service or check-out. 6. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of INR 5000 /- will be collected on arrival, the same will be adjusted against use of extra services or damages (if any) at the resort, Balance if any will be refunded. 7. Damages: Guests are kindly requested to take care of resort property. Any damage or breakage will be charged accordingly to the respective guests. 8. Payment Term: Guests are requested to make 100% payment of the booking amount as per the stipulated timeline informed at the time of booking. Balance if any to be cleared at the time of check-in.
