1 Cancellations by Guest * Free cancellation: Up to 14 days prior to the check-in date — full refund of the amount paid. * 50% refund: For cancellations made between 14 days to 7 days before check-in. * No refund: For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or in case of a no-show. 2 Cancellations by The Feel Resort & Spa * In the rare event we are unable to honour your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., operational issues, force majeure), you will be offered: 1. A full refund of the booking amount OR 2. An option to reschedule your stay at no additional cost (subject to availability). 3 Refund Process * Refunds, where applicable, will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. * The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of booking. * Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider. 1. Payments * We accept online payments through Razorpay using debit cards, credit cards, net banking, UPI, and supported wallets. * Full or partial payment (as per booking terms) must be made to confirm the reservation. * Prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. * All payment details provided by guests are processed securely through Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. 2. Booking Confirmation * Once the payment is successful, a booking confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address with reservation details. * Guests are requested to check their email and report any discrepancies immediately.
