Confirmed bookings may be altered or cancelled if intimation in writing (by email) reaches the company as per the following terms. 1. No cancellation charges, if the intimation reaches 14 days prior to check-in. We will give 100% credit in the form of voucher, valid up to one year [with the exception of blackout dates] from the date of the request. 2. Cancellation charges equal to 20% of the full booking amount if the intimation reaches Between 4 to 13 days prior to check-in. A credit voucher will be issued for the balance 80% which will be valid up to one year [with the exception of blackout dates] from the date of the request. 3. Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full booking amount if the intimation reaches within 72hrs of the check in date.
