The hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 11:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved in advance. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20:00 hrs unless a late arrival is specified. We advise you to guarantee your reservation against cash deposit, service voucher, or bank transfer at the time of booking. Non-guaranteed bookings may be released without intimation if payments/vouchers are not received within the cut-off period. All guests must provide proof of address at the time of check-in. For Indian residents, acceptable photo identity proof includes a passport, driving licence, Voter ID card, or Aadhaar Card. For guests residing outside India, a passport with a valid visa or OCI is mandatory. As per Government notification, PAN cards will not be accepted. In case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy the retention charges. In the unlikely event that we are unable to accommodate you despite holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternate accommodation and transportation at our cost.
