1. The hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours & check-out time is 11:00 hours. Early check in and late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges applicable. All guaranteed early check- ins will require the room to be reserved in advance. 2. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20:00 hrs. unless a late arrival is specified. 3. We advise you to guarantee your reservation against Cash deposit, Service Voucher or Bank Transfer at the time of booking and all non-guaranteed bookings may be released without intimation if payments/vouchers are not issued within cut off periods. 4. All guests to carry photo identification proof with residential address details at the time of check in. For Indian residents, the photo identity proof can either be the guest's passport, driving license, Voter Identification card or the Aadhar Card. For guests residing outside India, guest's Passport is mandatory with VISA or OCI. As per Government notification, PAN card will not be accepted. 5. In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges 6. In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation we will arrange alternate accommodation & transport you at our cost. 7. Special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during blackout periods. 8. Hotel reserves the right of admission.
