The hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 11:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. All guaranteed early check-ins require the room to be reserved in advance. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20:00 hrs unless a late arrival is specified. We advise you to guarantee your reservation by Cash Deposit, Service Voucher, or Bank Transfer at the time of booking. All non-guaranteed bookings may be released without intimation if payments/vouchers are not received within the cut-off periods. All guests must carry photo identification proof with residential address details at the time of check-in. For Indian residents, acceptable photo ID proof includes the guest's passport, driving licence, Voter Identification Card, or Aadhaar Card. For guests residing outside India, a passport with a valid Visa or OCI is mandatory. As per Government notification, PAN Card... In case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges equivalent to 100% of the estimated bill amount as cancellation or no-show charges, unless the reservation is cancelled within the applicable advance cancellation period: 7 days in advance for stays from 1st April to 30th September, 30 days in advance for stays from 1st October to 19th December and 21st January to 31st March, and 45 days in advance for stays from 20th December to 20th January. In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternative accommodation and transport for you at our cost. Special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during blackout periods. Hotel reserves the right of admission.

Child Policy
Kids below 5 years are complimentary when sharing the room and bed with parents. Kids between 5–11 years will be treated as children and will be charged as per the applicable rates/package guidelines. Children above 12 years will be treated as adults.
Cancellation Policy (FIT & GIT)
No refund for cancellation during the Peak Period (December 20th to January 10th). Cancelling within 7 days prior to the date of arrival is not eligible for any refund for FIT, and cancelling within 15 days prior to the date of arrival is not eligible for any refund for GIT. Cancelling 7 to 15 days prior to the date of arrival is eligible for a 50% refund for FIT, and cancelling 15 to 45 days prior to the date of arrival is eligible for a 50% refund for GIT. Cancelling 15 days prior to the date of arrival is eligible for a full refund for FIT, and cancelling 45 days prior to the date of arrival is eligible for a full refund for GIT. Any bank charges on refunding will be applicable.
