The hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 11:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. All guaranteed early check-ins will require the room to be reserved in advance. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20:00 hrs unless a late arrival is specified. We advise you to guarantee your reservation against Cash Deposit, Service Voucher, or Bank Transfer at the time of booking. All non-guaranteed bookings may be released without intimation if payments/vouchers are not issued within the cut-off periods. All guests must carry photo identification proof with residential address details at the time of check-in. For Indian residents, the photo identity proof can either be the guest's passport, driving licence, Voter Identification Card, or Aadhaar Card. For guests residing outside India, a guest's Passport with VISA or OCI is mandatory. As per Government notification, PAN Card will not be accepted. In case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges. In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternative accommodation and transport at our cost. Special terms & conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during blackout periods. Hotel reserves the right of admission.
