Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse of hotel property. Guests from containment zones are not allowed. Accepted ID Proofs: Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, and Government ID. Not Accepted: Office ID, PAN Card, and Non-Government ID cards. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. Private parties and events are not permitted.

Check-in policy
Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Outside food, liquor, and beverages are not allowed. Room and room category bookings are subject to availability. Activities not included in the package will be charged separately.
Child Policy
Children up to 5 years stay free without an extra bed. Children aged 6–12 years will be charged the child rate. Guests aged 13 years and above will be charged as adults.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The advance token amount is non-refundable but can be adjusted for a future booking. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if the required advance payment is not received. The hotel is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics. In such cases, the hotel may offer a date change or booking credit at its discretion.
