We do not have elevator facility in standard category. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to a nominal fee and are based on availability of rooms. Deluxe room situated in ground, first & second floor of new block with huge sea facing balcony. Executive rooms are situated in second floor of new block with garden view. Presidential Suite room is situated in second floor of new block with garden view.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations should be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival date, thereafter one night room rate would be charged as retention charges. Amendment should be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival date or check-in time, thereafter one night room rate would be charged as retention charges. Advance Policy: 50% as advance for confirming the reservation & balance amount to be paid before arrival. No credit facility available.
Child Policy
Child Policy: ₹2700 + taxes Children aged 5 to 10 years will be charged as per the additional charges for CPAI, MAPAI, and APAI. Children below 5 years will be accommodated free of charge on the same meal plan as accompanied by parents.
