Booking Policy: The reservation will be confirmed on the receipt of 100% payment. The offer is valid for the dates and for the room requirement mentioned above. The offer may be revised in case of any change in the requirement of dates| No of rooms. One night charge is applicable additionally for early check in | delayed departure. Confirm your departure time with front desk upon arrival. Taxes are applicable as per government norms The client is liable for any damages caused for Annai Resorts & Spa or equipment. Once payment is done kindly send us your payment details via mail The facilities offered in the rooms are as follows: Check in time is 14:00hrs & checkout time is 12:00noon. Complimentary breakfast @ Coral Reef – Multicuisine Restaurant from 07:30hrs till 10:00hrs. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet usage. Complimentary 2 bottles of packaged drinking water (1liter) per day basis in Deluxe | Premium Room and 4 bottles of packaged drinking water (1liter) per day basis in Villas. Terms & Conditions: Rate terms: Rates mentioned are all in Indian Rupee (INR). We do not have dual tariff and the same will be charged to both non-resident Indians as well as to foreigners. Occupancy: Extra person charges will be applicable for 03rd person whom accompanies with primary Guest. A mandatory charge of Rs.2500/- net per person will be charged for Christmas dinner. (24th December 2026 Dinner) A mandatory charge of Rs. 3500/- net per person will be charged for New Year EVE. (31st December 2026 Eve)

Cancellation policy
Cancellation or change of dates confirmed/blocked would constitute a retention charge for FIT as mentioned below: Any changes done from 0hrs to 72hrs before check in will attract 100% of the booking amount. Any changes or cancellation done from 73hrs to 168hrs before check in will attract penalty up to 50% of the booking amount. Any changes or cancellation done from 169hrs to 240hrs before check in will attract penalty up to 25% of the booking amount. No show will be charged for full stay. Cancellation charge of 6.00% will be levied on all the refunds Booking processing charges of 3.00% will be levied on all refunds in addition to cancellation charges if any the same will be credited to the same bank account/credit card account which was used for reservation. Cancellation or change of dates confirmed/blocked would constitute a retention charge for GIT as mentioned below: Any changes done within 30 days of the check in will attract 100% of the booking amount. Any changes | cancellation done in 45 days of the check in will have penalty up to 50% of the booking amount. Any changes or cancellation done within 60 days of the check in will attract 25% of the booking amount. A cancellation charge of 6.00% will be levied on all the refunds. Booking processing charges of 3.00% will be levied on all refunds in addition to cancellation charges if any the same will be credited to the same bank account/credit card account which was used for reservation.
