More Than 30 Days Before Arrival: For cancellations made more than 50 days prior to the date of arrival, a nominal cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be charged. This is a reduction from our previous policy, aimed at providing you with greater flexibility. 15 to 30 Days Before Arrival: For cancellations occurring within 30 to 50 days prior to the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking amount will be charged, offering a more lenient approach than our previous policy. Less Than 15 Days Before Arrival: Understanding that plans can change unexpectedly, for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount. This is a significant adjustment from our previous policy of no refunds for such cancellations. Additionally, we will offer the option to apply the remaining 50% as a credit for a future stay within the next 12 months, subject to availability.
