Group Cancellation Policy: o No cancellation fee applies if the nominated representative or agent notifies the reservations department in writing at least 10 days prior to arrival. o After this period, no rooms from the remaining total may be canceled without penalty. o Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation charge for all confirmed room nights. o Bookings of 12 rooms or more will be considered as a group booking. Room Block Policy: o Group room blocks can be provided without any guarantee, subject to availability. o If the hotel requires any date to be released from confirmed room blocks, the hotel will notify the agency in writing at least 10 days prior to the arrival date. Oversold Policy: o In the event of overselling on the guest’s arrival date (provided the booking has been guaranteed), the hotel will arrange accommodation at a comparable property. o The hotel will also cover transportation costs for the relocation. Child Policy: o Children under 5 years old staying in the same room with parents and using existing bedding will not incur additional charges. o However, the total number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity of the room.
