Room bookings are subject to prior confirmation by email or phone. Room allocation is subject to availability of the respective room category. Payment can be made through Master/ Visa Card, IMPS/NEFT, UP I& Cash No refund will be given for short stay or any un- availed services. The Hotel reserves the right to disallow/refuse check-in in case of guest does not have a valid I'D proof or his behavior is suspicious. Any change in the taxes levied by the Govt. will be charged extra. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel premises. Arms and Ammunition is not allowed in the Hotel premises.

Child & Extra Bed Policy
Child below 5 years of age without extra bed will not be charged. Child between 5–11 years of age without extra bed will be charged as per the meal plan only. Child/person above 11 years of age will be charged as an adult.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of the confirmed Room Reservation 7 Days prior to the arrival date; Full refund will be processed whereas 5% of the amount will be deducted if advance is made through Credit/ Debit Card.Cancellation of the Confirmed Room Reservation 3 Days prior to the arrival date; Advance payment won’t be refundable, however the same can be utilized for the guests upcoming travel plan within 90 Days of the Check-In date. Cancellation of the room booking within 48 Hours of the Check-In date will attract 100% Retention of the Advance payment.Any No-Show bookings will also attract 100% Retention of the Advance Payment.
