Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out time is 11:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges. Guaranteed early check-in requires the room to be reserved in advance. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20:00 hrs unless a late arrival is specified. We advise guests to guarantee their reservation through cash deposit, service voucher, or bank transfer at the time of booking. Non-guaranteed bookings may be released without intimation if payment/vouchers are not received within the cut-off period. All guests must carry valid photo identification with residential address details at the time of check-in. For Indian residents, accepted IDs include Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card. For guests residing outside India, a Passport with Visa or OCI is mandatory. As per Government notification, PAN Card will not be accepted. In case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges. In the unlikely event that the hotel is unable to accommodate a guest despite a guaranteed reservation, alternate accommodation and transportation will be arranged at the hotel's cost.
