In the unlikely event that we are unable to accommodate a guaranteed reservation, alternate accommodation will be arranged. As per Government of India regulations, all Indian guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in. Non-Indian guests must present their original Passport and Visa. Without valid ID, check-in will not be permitted. In case of no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charges for the entire stay. All special requests, including early check-in, are subject to availability. The company is not responsible for payments transferred to any personal account other than the officially shared company account.

Cancellation/retention charges are applicable on the total duration and entire booking value. 90% refund if cancelled more than 20 days prior to arrival. 50% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival. 100% retention for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival. Festive Cancellation: 100% retention/non-refundable for all peak period bookings. Refunds (via cheque or bank transfer) will be processed within 15 days from the date of cancellation.
